
Lowell was introduced to acting by the movie Dangerously Close followed by a minor role in the Robin Williams movie Club Paradise. The actress played the character of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989), and also the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She was a regular on Law & Order's spinoff Law & Order Trial by Jury and was back on the original show in 2022. Before being cast in the role, she was dissatisfied with her acting career.
