Zoe Saldana's parents Asalia as well as Aridio Saldana were born on the 19th June, 1978 in Passaic New Jersey. Her father is Dominican while her mother is Puerto Rican. Her mother raised her mother in Queens. In 2010, she moved together with her family members to the Dominican Republic where they spent for the next seven years. In the Dominican Republic, Zoe discovered a keen interest in performance dance and enrolled in the prestigious ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy where she learned ballet and different dance styles. The instruction she received was not just an excellent opportunity for an active, enthusiastic child but it was also the perfect precursor for her career as a professional actor. When she was 17 years old, Zoe and her family relocated to the United States where her love for dancing continued and her interest in theater performance became more intense. Her last film credits include Not Okay (2022), Searchlight/Hulu's, and Something From Tiffany's 2022 and Amazon/Hello Sunshine. Both films were produced and starred by Deutch. The film she starred in is the film by Focus Features, The Outfit 2022, directed by Graham Moore. She stars in the film alongside Mark Rylance & Dylan O'Brien. In this film she received nominations in the "Best Supporting Actor" award in 2022 at BIFA. Deutch will soon be reuniting with Katie Silberman to create their new romantic drama, Most Dangerous Game. Deutch has previously worked with Silberman for the Netflix smash Set It Up 2018.
