Kelly Clarkson was an American singer/songwriter that became the American sweetheart after she won American Idol in the first season. Not only was the win that catapulted Kelly Clarkson into the limelight as it also secured her an arrangement with RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records for a number of albums. Since then, she's made many album studios. Three of them have made it to the US Billboard 200 charts while the others were only one or two inches way away. She's one of the biggest performers to emerge of American Idol. She experimented as she gained popularity with diverse musical and theme style, and often wrote the songs herself. Because of her distinctiveness and vocal ability, she was awarded praise from the public as well as numerous awards. She was awarded an award called the Grammy Award 3 times. Alongside her career in music, she has appeared in films and television shows.
